hi all, so im running a link stand alone on my car and im concerned with not passing emissions now that i live in oregon and have to get my car registered out here. while i was living in washington, i basicly had the car registered at a buddys house that is exempt from emissions so i was able to dodge the test.
any info on this would help alot, thank you.
Andy

since your obd1 they're just gonna do a sniffer test so i wouldn't worry bout it too much if your engine is running in good condition. most soobs will pass the sniff here in wa even without cats

Not allowed to drive in WA?!
FWIW, my '94 22T-swapped L wagon passed emissions w/o a cat. You should have no problem with a good tune.

Yeah check and see if you pass without a cat....sounds like others have. If not, you may need to put a cat on, or just tweak the tune slightly before you go into test.
As for tuning on a dyno, I know of a shop in Santa Rosa, CA
Fine Line Imports, but that may be too far out of the way. You may want to give them a call or shoot them an email and see if they can recommend someone in your area.
Miles @ Fine Line is the one who tuned my car on their dyno and has been extremely helpful and worked with me in tuning my car over email prior to that.
