So what are my options for re-sealing the lights? Does that need to happen? What can i do to fix this cause it looks less than desirable.

Im guessing bake them at 200 and pry the glass off and scrape the old crap off and put a bunch of rtv sealant or silicone on and press the lenses back on by hand.

Well, that's just what I would try. I've done it with plastic lights and I imagine it's the same for glass but I've never held a pair of glass headlights in my hands before so I could be wrong.

Is the vent tube blocked?

You cound try just sealing the outside with clear silicone instead of opening them up.
Checking the vent tube should be first, as the heat should bake out anything if it can get out.

If it did it once, I can't imagine it not doing it again.

Yeah i feel the same way but I didn't have this problem until I gave my car a thorough washing so I think some water must have found its way inside... Now that the lights are dry ill see if its an issue with the foggy nights around here or if Im gonna have to tear into the lights which Im a little hesitant to do because of the fact that they were kinda pricy and I Don't wanna mess em up.

My edm lights got moisture in them. The lens were even dirty and scum had developed inside. Took a bit to get them clean. What worked getting the lens clean was regular old windex sloshed around inside. No more haze on the inside. Let them dry and then used the flowable silicone around all the seams. No problems since. You shouldn't have to take them apart.

I had to clean the reflectors on mine as well when I got them. I worked a paper towel around inside of there. It sucked.
