Worth it?

So I need new tires for my Fozz wheels and http://seattle.craigslist.org/kit/pts/2623048133.html these are in town and, other than a shorter sidewall and being slightly narrower, will fit. So do you guys think they are worth it? Also, the tires on my 14" American Racings need to be replaced before winter as they are all almost to the wear bars, along with the tires on the Fozz wheels. The Fozz wheels currently have 215/60/R16 on them.
