JDM VF10 with stock injectors?

I have a JDM VF10 and was wondering if I'd be able to get away with my stock injectors and this turbo with the 06-07 WRX TMIC. Maybe later on I'd go for another cone style intake. If I can get away with stock injectors I plan on sending out a spare set I have to DW and get them to redo them for me. Thanks guys.

Hi,
According to the
NASIOC turbo list the VF10 and VF11 were both used on the USDM Legacy - one was for the AT and the other the MT.....but I've read different on here that only the VF11 was stock on both.
I 'think' the VF10 came on the NON-US Liberty (Legacy) avl. oversees w/the intercooler. Plus, all the VF10's I've seen have the
unclocked turbo inlet, like the other early top-entry TD04 and TD05 turbos on the WRX/STi.
Regardless, the VF10 shouldn't be too much bigger to cause issues....esp. if on stock boost.
A tuner I've used stated that the the turbo size isn't the main concern for sizing injectors, but rather it's how much boost.

The nasioc list is wrong, only the vf11 was used on the US turbo legacy. As you noted, the vf10 should be fine with stock injectors.

That's a very loosely true statement. One turbo will not have the same fuel requirements at a certain boost pressure than another turbo. It depends on how efficient said turbo is at that rev range. So he's wrong and right at the same time. Different turbos will flow different amounts of CFM at the same pressure.

i ran a vf39 on stock injectors and stock boost. air fuels were fine, vf10 wont be a problem.
