Today i took an autoX school... i have been to 3 autoX events already
and i did ok.. there were 8 Subarus there in total.. a few 2.5RS, 1
outback, and 1 2.2TS..... we went out for 2 runs in the morning to
see how we did before the school..... i got a 47sec +2cones (wet)...
After practicing slaloms, offset gates and skidpad.. we run the
course again.. my time was much faster.. i picked up a few seconds..
a time of 43.016 (dry).. which is the fastest of all the Subaru that
day, and even slightly faster than an instructor in a 97 BMW 328i
(higher class!) which ran a mid 43sec (dry).... and also beating a
instructor driving a 2.5RS at 44.1sec (dry)...
My car is totally stock except for K&N drop in filter and Kumho 712s
on stock rims..
This proves that Legacy Turbo is still fast compared to the 2.5RS!!
