Extend The Life of Your O2 Sensor By 3X?

Thoughts? Someone commented on the geo forum that you can splash water on it when its hot to knock the carbon off.

I guess my comment about that is....most sensors now are heated, and he even states that most heated sensors last about 90-100k miles, and that the heater elements wear out around 250-300k. So I don't really think it's a huge benefit to do for a heated O2 sensor.

I think my sensor gets hotter than that right after the turbo.
