Weird noise/vibration sometimes going into R?

This rarely happens but I figure id post it up to see what it could be. From a cold startup maybe 1/50 times after a minute or two of letting car warm up, when I put the car into reverse it'll make a weird buzzing sound/slightest vibration that accompanies the noise coming from the tranny/I can feel it through the auto shifter. Only in reverse and when I feel/hear it ill throw it back into park and let it warm up for a couple mins before I throw it back into R and it'll be fine...
Has 200k, fluid is clear and doesn't smell burnt. I have an aftermarket tranny cooler but I have noticed in the last month or so the tranny has been acting tired/weak. I've been planning to do a manual swap but prolly won't have funds to do so for a while. Ill prolly end up throwing in a 96-99 gt or outback auto with less mileage but I figure ill run this auto till it dies
Is this is solenoid going bad or what? I'm not looking to fix it as I've seen other threads on auto woes and know its not worth getting into a rebuild
