Car No Start, Spark No Fuel

Long time follower here first time posting. Basically have a 1992 Awd Legacy Turbo. Have A TD04 on it full exhaust. I tested and I am receiving spark with no issues on that side. I noticed I tested the wiring harness to injectors and not getting the full 12V as needed. Have replaced the manifold harness for the injector setup and still not change. Went to main relay box by washer bottle and checked connector and was corroded so replaced and still no luck. Checked the all the red/green sbf and getting 12V in there no issue. It was running fine no issue until just randomly died and the injectors were not putting out fuel anymore. I would like some input on this to figure out what may be the cause and be able to get this going again. Thanks guys.

Have you checked under the backseat on the passenger side? There is a fuel pump connection there that over time gains resistance and burns out. It is the fuel pump power wire, the big one. Bypass that connection with one of your own quick disconnects or something if that's the issue.

Good thing I have all interior pulled currently. I will check on it, would that cause injector wiring to not have 12v at it ? Also found a 5 wire connection pretty good size tested and showing 12v as well if that is the one to main fuel pump wire.

Welcome to the BBS.
Any issue with the fuel pump connector shouldn't cause the injectors to not have 12v. Are you testing the injector wiring for 12v with the key in the ON position? If so, I would suggest checking at the junction/connectors behind the battery.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes I tested with ignition on. Are you talking about the big round connectors there towards frame behind batter ?

Yes, the two square connectors and one round connector directly behind the battery. The engine harness connects to them, so I would find the appropriate pin for the fuel injectors' 12v and test it there.

Ok can check that do have some fsm on them so need to trace it to there then. Will report back as to what is found. Any idea what it may be listed under trying to follow wiring diagram but unsure of what it actually may be called there.

Issue has been resolved. At least for voltage to the injector harness getting 12V there now. In the connection behind battery found a very corroded green wire. Cut and put back together with added wire and that is how I am getting 12V now. Time to put everything back together and give it a test start, Thanks very much so far Josh you are great. Car does run again appreciate all the help on this and cant wait to get it back together now.

You're welcome! Glad it was an easy fix.
