New 90! Couple issues..

Hi everyone! This is my first post and I would usually have a nice intro with pictures but I'm really busy so I'll upload photos soon but I do have some issues I need to address right away. I have a 90 with 5 speed, awd, 130k miles.

1. Leaks - Front black plastic case gasket, valve cover gaskets, possibly the head gaskets, oil pan gasket, all leak. Is there a good rebuild kit? (I want to autocross)

2. I busted my radiator when I took it out to clean today :( the seal between the plastic side and metal radiator fins seams to have broken and it steams out if I fire it up. Can I reseal or should I just get a new radiator? If OEM handles autocross okay I'll go with that.

3. The belt on the crank closest to the black front covers drags slightly on the plastic cover. I ca push the plastic in a little and it won't touch. What shall I do about this?

4. I will do a compression test and need to know the prep protocol. I read that one should, 1) unplug the fuel pump relay, 2) disengage ignition coils. Where is the fuel pump relay and how do I disengage the coils?

Please advise.

4) Compression test prep - Okay I found the ignition fuse. Where under the rear seat is the fuel pump plug? My seats are out but can't find any plugs.

Welcome to the BBS.

The leaks are likely from the front cam & crank oil seals. The oil pump may also be leaking, but the front oil seals are pretty common leakers.

Just get a new radiator, it can't be fixed.

Regarding the belt I would see if the timing belt cover is installed properly. The belt shouldn't rub against the cover.

The fuel pump connector has a cover over it. When you do the compression test, make sure to hold open the throttle plate.
