Hi, just wanted to show a few pics of my car. Bought it about 3 months ago from an old lady which rode it for the last 20 years. Just a bone stock 2.0 N/A. The car was in pretty good body shape (new paint job) and seemed okay. Sadly it was just a first impression and it turned out to be a nightmare.

Since the summer I:
1. Did the bodywork - the paint is new and the floor and wheel arches were great but the rear subframe was totally rusted. Now it has a rear subframe from a WRX.
2. Changed both the MAF and O2 sensor - both were rubbish
3. Changed the engine from a 2.0 to 2.2 - I had one laying around so I thought "why not?" and now it's a 2.2 with a manual from a 2.0. The top speed is around 90 mph but it accelarates pretty nice.
4. Changed a lot of crap in the suspension and steering (an almost new steering rack from a STI).
5. Changed the exhaust to a WRX one.

Yeah it was a long 3 months but the car keeps getting better. Tell me what you think :) BTW how can I post a topic in the project section?

Sorry for the XXL pics.

Sick looking car! I would say (if it's cheap) is to tint the windows. It changes the look of the car DRAMATICALLY. Other then that, it looks amazing.

Thanks for you kind words :) The car is still work in progress - there are lots of small things to tackle. One of the first things on the list is getting the car lower, because now it's sitting on Impreza springs.

@Josh, thanks for adding me to the build journal section! I'll take same more pics and do a write up :)
