25D hybrid, Big problem (coolant in oil)

I just finished up building a 22T/25D hybrid engine in my 1993 SS.
I fired it with no coolant (radiator was broke) and it runs ok (only ran for a few seconds)
Last night I got a new radiator and filled it up. Went to start it, and it started ok but immediately died. Tried a few more times and just a click. The engine hydrolocked.
Somehow, the water from the cooling system is getting in to the oiling system, and I cant come up with how.
The lowermost expansion tank hose is going to the water pump hard line
The next lowest one is going to the Turbo top line
the next lowest one is going to the radiator nipple
the highest one is going to the coolant overflow.
The only thing I can come up with is that the person who drilled/tapped the heads for the turbo maybe drilled too deep with the oil drain and hit a coolant passage?
any other ideas before I pull it back out and replace the heads?
