Link versus Unichip in USA

For our friends in the outside world, here is a quick rundown on the USA Legacy Turbo:
EJ22T engine is 2200 cc sand cast, closed deck "bulletproof bottom end. Turbo-specific 4valve heads, driven by single cams through hydraulic lifters. This head is more restrictuive than in outside world. 8/1 compression ratio Smaller IHI turbo with smaller outlet aims up at 45 degree angle. Coils are in a pack atop the engine just like modern cars. No intercooler. Hitachi ECU is USA specific, but has same plugs as most EJ20G cars from outside world. When running an EJ20G from a USA ECU, one must put the USA coils on and use a fuel controller to cut back and compensate for the fact that the EJ20G has bigger injectors. USA ECU is not as aggressive as in real world.
Same hood vent and turbo chimney as in outside world. 380cc/min injectors. 91 had lsd rear diff, 92-94 did not. In the days when these were made, apparently Subaru was unable to meet USA emmission specs at higher boost, so they settled for a very detuned version. Only about 700 were ever made.
If I were to buy a Link from NZ, it would be set up for a different engine and better fuel. I would not know a soul this side of UK who could help me tune it.
