So I finally have everything to put my ej22t back together with my dohc heads. I just have one piece of the puzzle left to deal with. My original oil pump the front housing on it is nicked up from the bad thrust bearing its not leaking I have a couple of other pumps my question is can I put the guts of my 22t into the case of say a 25d?

The 22t and 25d are both 10mm pumps. "Supposedly" the ej22t pump has shims/more shims under the hexagonal screw on the front. If anything you could swap the shim(s) over.

I thought that the 25d was a 9mm like most of the others I will take both apart and check them out. Do you happen to know if the relief valve is the same between the two?

I don't know if the relief valve is identical. Subaru has used 10mm or larger pumps on all the dohc engines, iirc.

Don't need to take it apart, the size is on the pump, in the inlet area:
I thought most SOHCs got 9mm or even smaller pumps. The dohc 25d definitely has 10mm rotors though.

So the one I pulled off the car originally doesn't have any numbers in that spot I'm wondering if it was replaced at some point with a cheap after market one that wasn't for the turbo engine and thats what caused my thrust bearings to go. I know the engine has been out before I got it because the oil separator was metal not plastic.

Possibly? All the oem EJ pumps are marked as far as I know, but I guess maybe that could not be true of older pumps. Either way the 10mm pump from the 2.5 will be fine.
You could pull out the relief plunger to inspect it and the bore. Sometimes they stick. Cosworth for example does some mild porting and polishing of oem pumps, and I think maybe adds a shim to the relief.
