Question JDM ECU

I have a chance to get a '95 JDM Legacy GTB MT twin turbo ECU. I think
there would be a very good chance that I could get it to run my 2.2t
engine. Any help, comments, anyone know what the rev limit is? coil
setup? Any source of a ECU wiring diagram?

Wouldn't be that easy, the coil setup is on spark plug. EJ20 motor so
not sure how your crank angle sensor will cope, or the fuel maps for
a 2.2l engine. Rev limit has been lowered from 7,800 rpm (EJ20) to
7,000 rpm, not sure where the rev limit comes in, on mine haven't
need to rev it to rev limit. But my other Legacy 1989 rev it to red
line 7,800 in every gear, except top.

Thanks for the info Dan. I have seen the EJ20 apart and the crank
sensors are the same as far as I can tell and I think I have the
ignition figured out as far as converting it from a plug sequential
system to a bank sequential setup. I am running fuel control and that
should help. concerns now might be the idle air valve and the throttle
position ect. It would be nice to have the extra 1000 rpm at times as
I find myself having to shift sometimes right before the end of the
1/4 mile. The ECU might be priced right as nobody really wants it
here in the land of the overly regulated.
