So I have an issue with my illumination on my dash, and my interior lights do not work either. Signals and headlights high and low work fine. I have replaced all my fuses, and the illumination control module. Any suggestions?.. or if anyone have a pin out for the cluster plugs I could just wire a switch to turn them on

Have you checked whether you have power to the illumination control module?

These wiring diagrams are for the 90 Legacy. If you have a 92-94 I can't guarantee they will be the same, but should be close/same.
