ATTN: Bill and Subaruracer -- Intercooler

I've got a J-Spec A/W intercooler and i really want to put this thing
on, but it's looking to be much more painful than i hoped.
First, it's pretty big and not even close to bolt-in. The front left
attachment bung pokes right into the coolant reservoir. I'm going to
have to hack this off or something.
Second, that damned AC line! It almost looks like the AC line is
supposed to run through the intake tract of the IC. I'd rather not
disconnect the AC line to clear this, but it's not even close. I
know Bill bent his, but how, and where? I think subaruracer had one
of these hooked up at one time, how'd you get past this?
Third, the outlet from the turbo and the up-pipe are a good measure
apart. I'm probably going to have to find a reducer pipe as well,
since the outlet of the turbo is a bit smaller than the inlet of the
pipe.
Fourth...I can't think of anything more, but i have already purchased
a radiator too. Glad i haven't bought a pump yet, or else i'd be out
even more money if i can ever get this thing to work.
Oh, and you guys who have these stock, where does the AC line run?
