How to prep an EJ22T

Before swapping my engine, I'll like to know what I'll have to do to
prep the engine to make sure that it'll be in great condition.

So far I've heard that i need to:
1. change rear oil seal
2. replace water pump
3. new clutch
4. replace drive and cam belts

What about oil pump, gaskets, or anything else?

by the way, the 93 engine has 60k miles, 145-150 all round

Cheers,
Kimi

Hello-I`m in the process of upgrading my 2.2 NA to an aftermarket light-pressure turbo set-up & am going to do the following: new water & oil pumps, t-belt tensioner & idler bearings & all seals in front. Also, if there is any seeping from ANY gaskets, I`d replace them while you have the engine out-much easier! Good luck with your project-ROD (No. Az.)
