painted in black trim and side mirrors

Well I just got my car back from its fresh new paint job. When talking with the painters I asked if it would be possible to paint the black trim and the side mirrors silver (same colour as the car). They managed to pull it off and get the paint to stick. You can download a zip file of four high resolution pictures of the car from http://www.mymindseye.ca/legacy/paintjob.zip Tell me what you guys think! For everyone still on dialup be aware that the zip is about 2.3 Megs! I will give Dave some of the pictures for legacy central when he gets home :)

Adam,

That thing is looking AWESOME!!! It does look very nice with the trim and mirrors painted. What type of wheels do you have, and what type of spring/strut combo you running?

Again, the car looks awesome, now all you need is some honda's to spank...hehe ;)

Good eye. Ya the back two are on the wrong side. Guess the paint guys don’t know anything about directional tires. Just haven’t had the time to jack the car up and change them.

The spring are Whiteline selects springs, and the struts are AGX adjustable gas struts. Rim as 17 inch primax (can’t remember the exact version) and are rapped in Falcon GB-R tires. The rims are 7.5 inches wide so the wheel wells had to have the inside metal rolled upwards so the tires don’t rub too bad.
