Hi Scott,

I have been collecting parts to install the stock Japanese Domestic Legacy air-to-water into my Turbo Legacy so I'm real interested in similar installations.

What was the deal with that custom "S" pipe that caused delay and more $$$'s ? I thought the Subysports AWIC kit was complete ready to install ! ?

The intercooler had never been installed on an EJ22T, just on WRX's.
To fit the turbo Legacy, ot required a custom pipe that makes a tight
S curve and also changes from 2.5 to 3". This cost several extra days
and $400. Hope your Japanese version goes in with much less hassle.
