You want them Laurel?

When I get up there I'll have to figure some way to ship them to you and I'll let you have them for the price of shipping. If I have time to ship them from Eastern Washington it shouldn't be too bad for you.

Either that or maybe I can have them dropped off somewere for you. I don't think I'll ever use them. My snow tires were mounted on them when I bought them, but I moved them to my stock rims.

Thought I'd bring this post back on topic with another kill story.

So I took the white, gold-wheeled shitbox out for the daily deviate from work drive and ended up on RT50. RT50 is a two-lane semi-highway with some long stretches of road between lights. I gas the car up, and adjust the boost controller, since we've been having some warmer weather lately. As I'm getting ready to pull onto RT50, a yellow ITR drives by me and then starts accelerating out to RT50. I merge onto RT50 and figure this guy is MOVIN!! He's at least 15 cars away from me when I hit 110mph!

I pull up behind him at a light and we're cruising along behind traffic. Quick visual inspection from behind him reveals an exhaust, the car's lowered on some 17s. As luck would have it we get stuck at another light with an appreciable distance before my exit to 495. I pull up next to him, look over, and see he has his girl in the car. I look at him, look at his girl, and nod to his girl. LOL! She looks then turns to the driver (probably telling him to smoke my ass).

The light turns green and I start to roll out in first. Hold first for a sec and lucky for me I had my windows slightly cracked because I hear the familiar spooling accompanied by the rubbing sound of tires (I wouldn't have known he was starting the race otherwise - LOL!). Hearing this, I drop the hammer halfway through first, shift to second, have 2 car lengths on him by the top of 2nd. Go to third and put another 1/4-1/2 car length on him. I guess he started to hookup cause I wasn't gaining any more in fourth.

Unfortunate he couldn't hook cause I'm sure that car is much faster than mine from a roll.

*streetracing is stupid*

Not sure what car it was.

Going south on I-205 about 65 (5 over the speed limit. my personal Maximum) Bright ass Bright blue headlights on highbeam right in my rearview . backed off then charged up right behind me, backed off, charged up again. Followed me onto the I-14 Junction (a set of 3 corners marked as 40mph) I never let off the gas. Came onto I-14 doing 65MPH well ahead of Mr Headlights, who took the next exit.

The thing is. My NA Legacy looks totaly stock... why would anyone want to race it?

I have had a few good kills in my SS...

My favorite was this old guy in a beautiful, built, 63 Chevy Nova II...Stickshift, 9 inch, everything

Well he was talkin trash to me at a stoplight, and I wasn't gonna race him, but he totally launched from the light, so I got on it from a roll with 10psi on my Tbird turbo and 2 friends in the car...I pulled him HARD through 2 gears until I hit fuel cut and the next red light :D

Oh, and the other night an M3 got put in its place on I-5 :D

No offense nick, but if you took an m3 on the freeway, he probably wasn't trying. I've driven one on the freeway, and it's definitely faster than your car.

You ain't ridden in my car with 4.11 gears and more boost Laurel

He most definately was trying, he was slamming it down into 4th gear and dumping the clutch, cause I could see the whole car lurch.

It was an E36...I ain't claiming to have taken an E46 car, that thing would tear my SS's pants off!

I got a late model volvo wagon a few weeks ago courtesy of some creative driving and no speeding.

You think so? I was unimpressed with the 97 I drove. I don't have very much WOT seat time in the E46's though. E46's sure are pretty and sound nice. I wouldn't mind having one if I could modify it a bit.

My kill list is longer than my killed-by list. I don't really "street race" so much though. I like living.

I did play with a Mini Cooper S the other day when I was driving. That was interesting. He heard the gears and was looking, we rolled up to a stop light. Light went green, he hit it, so I obliged. Clutchless, WOT flat shift as I was passing his drivers door. I've never seen a head turn as fast as that.

I killed a Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V on the way home from work last night (woooweee  ) and I was on wastegate boost. They thought they were tough cause at the first light they hammered it and I didn't get on it at all (oh, we're racing?). At the second light I gave a little rev and they reved back. Light turns green and by the time I hit second gear I already had about 2 cars on them. By half way through second it was around 3.5 so I just shut it down and let them have their ricer fly-by.

3rd goes to 100mph. If he wasn't an idiot, he was not trying. I take it on good authority that from 60 to 100+ a 95 M3 will SMOKE an STi.
