I'm wondering if the 5 speed manual nr. TY752VJ2AA is any good? Whats the gear ratio on it? and how much hp can i run on it?

Looks like the transmission from a 92 turbo. Think of it as being similar to any other regular phase 1 WRX transmission but with gear ratios as follows
3.545
1.947
1.366
0.972
0.738
Reverse 3.416
Final drive 3.9:1

It's from a 93 turbo i'm thinking of buying. its an EJ22t..

The reason for asking about horsepower is that i got 16valve headers from my last legacy turbo with an EJ20GN engine. I'm going to fit new headers, intercooler and a TD05 turbo.

And off topic: Will the intake fit the ej20gn headers?

Which intake? The one from your old ej20g? If you're talking about fitting ej22t intake manifold to ej20g heads then no, it won't work. You'll need an intake manifold off older dohc heads such as ej20k, ej20g, etc.
