Forester S axels in a 94 legacy

Post by coffeeman885 »

My friend has a VLSD in 4.11 from a forester with the axels. I know the diff will bolt up but will the axels work or do I have to get legacy or impreza axels?

I don't see why the axles wouldn't work with the Legacy hubs. The only question would be the length of the axles, and I can't see them being that different, but hopefully others have some additional feedback.

So long as its the forester axles that do Not have the ABS tone ring on them, they'll work. The diff might need the stubs and input flange swapped with your old diff, but will work.
