West Coast Legacy Central Meet: Set Plans
Okay, I made reservations at Joseph H Stewart state park, 35 miles east of medford. You better be thankful californians!
Alrighty, here it goes.
Who: Legacy Central members and friends
What:Camping Trip
Where:Joseph H Stewart State Park, 35 miles east of Medford, Oregon Group Campground B
When:June 17th -20th Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 1pm, we have 3 nights
Why:Because we're all so damn cool that it's worth driving forever to meet all of you
It's not that close to portland, or anything else for that matter, but I'm sure we'll make due.
If somebody has a bbq that they feel inclined to bring, that would be much appreciated, I have no problem cooking either.
We are allowed up to 25 cars without any extra charge. That includes trailers or anything else we may bring. It's semi-shaded and the one closer to the reservoir. If you look into the "see more photos" button, you can see a panorama view of a group camp. there's fat people hugging. there's several picnic tables and a big fire pit.

If anyone has wood that they can bring, it would be much appreciated, as I'm sure there'll be a plethora of fires at night.
I'm going to pick up an inflatable boat, there's a marina there as well if somebody feels inclined to bring a little boat or something, I have no clue.
The deposit's already been put down. I'll be expecting some compensation when we get there. The reservation is under my name, and only I have power to change anything. If you have any questions, feel free to PM or call me. I'll send you my # via almost any messenger or pm or email.

sounds like a great plan brando!
I paid a $60 deposit, and after that, it's 120. We pay $60/night, so I guess we'll just split it up when we get there. obviously camping for 10 people would $18 per person, etc.
I figured that beer didn't need to be said.
If anyone's got a diamond coil pack, I could use one.

This would be easier for me if it were on a tues-wednesday... but weekends are too difficult to get off. Ive already reserved 5 days off for the WCSS in July, and i doubt my boss will aprove another 4.
But there is a slight chance I can switch my days off with some guys at work and make up a story to get 2 or 3 days. Dont put me on a list just yet.
