Hahaha, sweet!

Post by legacy92ej22t »

So they ended up redoing our break room at my work and they put in a 42" Sony LCD rear projection TV with a PS2 and dual wireless controllers! It's fuckin' awsome. :D That was the first sweet thing of the day. Then I notice that one of the games is "World Rally Championship" for the PS2. BONUS! HEhe. So when I finally got to take my lunch I run back to play some rally and there was already some guys playing basketball and I was bummed. The one guy laughed and was like "you probably want tp play that rally game huh?". I was like "ya, oh well". And then he said "I brought that in, it's mine not the stores, so if you want, go ahead and take it home". I was like "oh ya? Sweet, ya I'll borrow it, thanks" and he said, "no I mean you can have it if you want, I don't really play it anymore and with GT4 coming out I'll never touch it again." So I got it for free, I was stoked!

just thougt I'd share. :D

23rd, and if they haven't pushed it back already it will probably happen this time.......I'm pretty sure I didn't just buy a PS2 yesterday totally for GT4. I've been loving my 6.00 used GT3, I don't know if I can handle GT4

My game store said mid-March, but February 23rd would be nice! I might even be able to swindle it out of my vacation spending funds if it comes out then!

Gawd, I want that game... >.< *closet DeLorean fan, made due with Lotus Esprit in GT3*

Wow Matt! I wasn't even aware you had gotten a job again. ..either that, or I just forgot.
You're better off, though, my office doesn't even have a breakroom :(
hehe, we spend so much time on the intarweb here, they wouldn't dream of getting a PS2. --mostly cause I work with women 43+, they're not really interested in plasma TVs and PS2.

I've pretty much always had a job. I started this job back in September after working in MD/VA/DC for about 9 months. It's my wife that recently lost her job and is still unemployed. :(

It had been going pretty good but I ran into a problem when I went to replace the broken timing belt cover on the new motor and found a problem. I'm going to be starting a thread about it and posting pics probably later tonight when I get off work.

Damn, this game is pretty fun. The driving dynamics aren't as good as GT but I love that the co-driver is calling out the course notes! It's sweet and is good practice. :D

SWEET! I saw that game before, and was wondering if it was any good.

My GT4 is reserved already, so I can just pick it up and have no life forever.
