grill question

Post by theflystyle »

i have to replace my grill on my 94 legacy l, and i was looking around on ebay for a replacement and i found an exact match with the 4 lips.

my question is i also ran into a grill with a single lip on it... does anyone have a pic of what this looks like on a car?? ive seen it before but i am debating which grill would look better...

any help would be appreciated.

The single-slat grill is meant to be body-colored and was used on turbo models and on other special editions like the GT wagon and the Alpine Sport wagon. Go browse through the picture gallery and you should find plenty of examples.

Wow, nice 91 grille! Even mine didn't look that cool. What'd you do to it?

The grill on my '94 L wagon (dark green) was chrome.

The grill on my '91 SS was silver. I recently repainted it back silver, but am debating painting it body-color.
