What's a 1993 L sedan worth?

I just need advice mostly. I'm thinking of selling my white L to a friend who needs it and I'm curious what others on the board would ask for my car. I'd take a pic but I'm unable to at the moment.

Let me give a brief description:

*186,000 miles

*wheel-well rust that is repairable but that is also pretty copious and on both sides. The front driver's side quarter panel is rusted up good around the wheel towards the bottom and the mud flap fell off because of it. There's other small spots of rust but nothing too major. It's repairable but it's substantial. There's no holes that lead into the inner car so it's inspectable but not ideal. Does that make sense? I checked Kelly Blue Book and it gave me a value of 1500.00 privat party under a fair condition. I didn't think that it deserved a poor condition because it's mechanically sound and the body isn't all bunged up. It just has a lot of nagging issues.

*Some of the dash light are out.

*The trunk opener lever is broken - no biggie there. You can still open it.

*The gas cap cover release mechanism is broken and needs replaced.

*There's a valve cover gasket leak.

*There's a new exhaust leak in the y pipe.

*The heater works but makes an irritating chuka-chuka noise when it's off.

*May need tires in a couple months.

It has:

Driver's side air bag
Alloy wheels
AC
Cassette
AWD
A set of rotors included
It runs well and is strong


I was going to ask $800 for it. She's offerng $600. Whadaya y'all think? Comments appreciated.

No big deal at all. I didn't think I was making a big deal out of it, but if it seemed that way I sure didn't mean for it to. Sometimes text can hide the feelings behind what was intended. Anyway,I was just curious and this is the place to get an unbiased opinion so I thought I'd ask.

I know, that's the problem I need to solve. I want to help out but I'm looking at some shop time coming up when I'll need to use it. It's so damn hard to say no to a hot chick!!! Regardless of her "status".

Seriously I'd say around a grand becuase of the rust. A dealer gave me 2500 for a 92 with 210K on it. The paint wasn't great, but there was no rust, lots of new parts and everything worked. All that being said, you offer the hot chick a ride if she needs one....Heh, heh ...Allriiiight
