1990 Legacy with 201K miles Overheating Problems

Hi guys,

My 90 legacy wagon, is overheating and shooting white smoke out of the tail pipe, its that my head gasket calling? or is it something else?

I changed the thermostat and plugs, it was running a little rough and nothing still white smoke coming out and smells sweet! damn sounds like a blown head gasket right?
