Post by Tleg93 »

Does anyone else have a job that bores them to tears?

I do and it sux. I think it's getting near time for me to change careers, not just jobs.

I take the cake hands down. I drive a shuttle van back and forth in 1.5 mile trips for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Of course, I'm still in school though ;)

When I was considering whether or not to post this useless thread I should have just not done it, what a waste. :)

That's why I'm glad I do marine mechanics now instead of office work and wasn't too disappointed I didn't get that 50k service writer job at the Cadillac dealer. It may not pay enough yet to really get much done with my car quickly, but the smell of the ocean and the job itself makes up for it.

Being a student bores me. I just hate spending most of my time doing work that I don't get paid for. :(
Yeah, yeah, long term rewards, etc. but I enjoy my job fueling planes in the summer more. Not enough that I'd choose that as my career.

I recently took on the task of being the owner of a female escort service. It blows.....and sucks!

I still work for Dell but that is it's own bag of perks....

legacycontinues... you're a pimp? Are you serious? hmm.. send pics, please. (Of your bitch, not your ugly ass!)
I now have two jobs.. two very easy, mostly entertaining jobs. I consider myself pretty lucky. In fact, I'd go so far as to call myself 'fortunate'! Things have been looking up lately, and I gotta admit, I can't complain too much. I just got back from the 2nd job this morning, and I'm still running strong. I'm drinking more coffee here in hopes that the letdown will help me take my nap this afternoon, though. So from 2am to 6am I do data entry and package sorting at a place called Soniq Transport. (www.soniqservices.com) Then, after my 2.5hr hiatus, I head to work where I'm at now (9am top 1pm) answering phones and doing filing/clerical schtuff. It's pretty trick. I'm sorry, that probably brought you all down, huh?
I'd much rather be a pimp, though.. sounds like smoking weed and drinking 40s is part of the job description.

Just for the record I am not a pimp. I do not smoke weed or drink 40's....of beer. My girls are intellegent and charming. Not sluty and gross. Very professional.

Umm... just had to point this out ;)... inteligent should be intelligent. I wouldn't mind being a pimp though, sure beat the school work I have to do. In the summer though I love my carpentry job.
