I don't know about septics (I've always had sewer), but bacon grease can clog up the pipes. Not that I don't do the same thing and chase it with boiling water (left overs from making tea).

Good steel should NEVER go in the dishwasher. High temperatures and detergents will eventually damage them. Not to mention many handles just aren't made for it (read: rosewood).

Always wash with WARM water and mild dish soap.

Werd. I can't remember where they were from or how drunk I was at the time, but I know I stole a set from some hotel or something, for a similar purpose.. haven't gotten around to using them much, though.

Well, the specific "substance" that would be used for this apllication wouldn't even land you in jail in most states, just a fine. ;)

Hello? You guys must be on our side or something, because weed still isn't legal in the US unless you live in Northern Cali and are Terminal. We were not referring to making heroin, or any other unnatural substance. We were talking about taking knife hits. (www.urbandictionary.com/search?q=knife hits)
What Binford is speaking of is probably crack cocaine, which, if caught manufacturing, WILL land you about 7-10 in the pokey. Obviously he doesn't catch on as well as he thinks. Light one up, and you'll be on the same level as the rest of us, mmkay?
FYI, cooking what Binford described, on the stovetop, or even in the microwave yields not only crappy product, but is detrimental to your health, and may be cause for having your place of residence burned to the ground by a hazmat team.
Also FYI, if we were talking about making crack, there'd be mentions of Master P, 7:10, and baking soda.
Everyone educated?
terrific. :D

What?!?! You don't know? Ah, shit, I'll explain it.
-Take two knives, pref ones you don't care if they get fucked up.
-Turn on rangetop. (the stove, dumbasses) Works better with gas flame, but elements do fine.

-Place knives into flames, so ~1.5" get really fuckin' hot. Anchor them down, or weave them into the stove element or use the range grille to hold them in place.

-Take small amount of herb, place on countertop. Again, best if it's a surface you don't mind fucking up.

Once the knives are well-heated, (or perhaps glowing) pull them out of the flame, and dab at the herb you placed on the surface. The herb should stick to your heated knife. Using the second knife, sandwich the herb between the two. This must be done quickly, as you're finding out, the herb is burning! Pressing the hot knives ever closer, inhale your sufflated goodness, mindful of the wicked-hot utensils so near your chin/face.
Repeat as desired. Also useful is some kind of collecting device, such as a cutoff soda bottle, gallon jug, or paper roll. The hot knives and herb are pressed together below your collecting device, making inhalation/collection efficiency more... umm.. well, efficient. :D

As you were...

Later, you may want to cook something. Two reasons for this:
- You're hungry. (main reason, :lol)
- Your kitchen probably smells a bit strange, even with the vent/fan on.

Make some kind of meal, if you're up to it, or you can order pizza, or just starve, you f*ck'n junkie. Get outta here!
