Took the tw to autocross today. It's been killing me and I had to get out there again.

Here's a quick "performance" mod list
whiteline control springs
kyb agx struts(set at 3/4 in front and 7/8 in rear)
bone stock engine
failing automatic transmission
15" bridgestone potenza re950s(hi performance all season)

dry track

I beat my friend with a 04 wrx manual sedan, he also has 17" wheels and great tires, along with sways, tanabe springs, and agx's. hehe.

The numbers inside the parentheses represent the number of cones you hit and the number of gates that you didn't go through. 2 seconds is added to your scratch time for every cone you hit, 10 seconds is added your scratch for every gate you miss.

The course average was probably in the 42 second range. I'm not too dissatisfied with my time at all. The install of my 17s and perhaps some larger sway bars will do alot to help.

I think we all know that autocrossing is about 90% driver and about 10% car. I have seen RS's with nothing more than sticky tires absolutely demolish STi's that are heavily modded. The reason: the driver of the RS was already a very experienced SCCA club racer...

So I do not congratulate the TW, I congratulate you Laurel :D

what sways does your friend have on her WRX? Bridgestone tested a bunch of WRX bars and actually found a set that made absolutely no difference whatsoever to stock bars.
