so i went to the junkyard and pulled an ecu and 2 sets of clips to make a pnp loom for an emanage or perfect power. well im sitting here looking at both sets of harness plugs and their missing alot of pins. now i didnt leave any hangin and they both are missing the same ones. these are from na cars but they should still have at least some of the ones their missing.
to make a list, both of my f47 connectors are missing, 11,6,7,19,20,and 24.
both my b48 connectors are missing 11,9,8,7,15,16,20,22.
one of my b58 connectors is missing 12
and both of my b56 connectors are missing 11

Hmmm. Tried comparing it to your connectors? Sounds normal to me, but I dont remember the pins off the top of my head.

well i was looking at the pinout diagram and for example f47.11 is injector #3. so its just weird. i dont want to go tearing apart my car until the last possible min meaning im not too keen on just going in and checking the pins in my car. that and im not that flexable

You're looking at the connectors backwards, I think. My pinout diagram is drawn looking into the ECU, not into the harness connectors.
To confirm, look at the pin sizes. The pins in bold on my diagram are larger than the ones not in bold.
