Driver side window problems.

When I roll my driveside window down, it catches the gasket at the bottom of the window where the door meets the window and pulls it inward - sort of folding it down.

Window moves alot slower, what can I do to prevent the gasket from catching on the window and getting sucked in?

lube it up or get a new gasket, I'd say
