i need a data logger.

is there anyone that sells a datalogger for our cars. i need something that can see what the short term and long term fuel trims are and log them.

the guys that are gonna tune my car said theres can be the possibility that the ecu will adjust the fuel trims vs what i give it in short term into long term messing everything up.

Search for this, it's been discussed before. The basic reason is that the OBD output is such a low sampling rate that it's almost useless.
