Has anyone every played with the rear end of their wagon?

Post by gt2.5turbo »

I was wondering if anyone ever tried changing the rear end of their wagon. aka tinting the lights, badging or what have you. Im looking for ideas to make the back of mine unique. The late 90's gt's i believe have the "spoiler" sorta thing that came off the rear of the car flush and i know some of the impreza wagons have the little spoiler across the middle of the hatch. but i havent seen anything for our TW's. I think maybe that actually tinting the back lights and the "legacy" bar and then taking out the orange piece in the rear light assymbly would be a good way to start. A guy on nasioc tinted his lights and i think they look pretty good:

Any thoughts? ideas?

See pics of Laurel's TW, she's got some semi-smoked tails.

Hah, I like the thread title, it made me think of homo-erotic anal-play.

Please don't tint your lights.

Here are my tails... I did them with a couple coats of stained glass paint, and a coat of clearcoat. They don't dramatically effect light output, and the blinkers still do light up orange(art, tristan, jake, kelley, brandon and brydon can all attest to this) I like how it looks elevnty billion times better than orange or even clear though

I'm planning on making a mold for a CF duckbill available for the wagons either this winter or spring. If i get one made, I'll have several made, as I know of a couple other people that would be interested. :)

Nice... a pic of Laurel's ass play. :P

Sorry, it was just to easy of a target to hit, I couldn't help myself.

I like my lights untinted. In fact, I wish they were brighter so they'd piss people off more.

No, I'm not being sarcastic. I like bright lights.
