Make that one 2005 and I'd buy it. I despise that front end.

I can't. I'm one who favors performance over looks, and even still, I don't want to drive a car that looks like it wants to perform fellatio.

I'll take an 05, thanks.

Thats F'ing funny Mike!!! Good one!

I would still Drive the shit out of that car....I would slap my tag on it and fly down 95 making people wonder what in the hell I'm driving.

If I had the chedda for the car and the import...I would in a heartbeat!

I don't care if it does look like a bright blue vagina is mounted to the front of my car.

agreed.... the car looks WAY better in person ... it's really starting to grow on me... just looks more refined than the 05 .... bugeye and even the 04-05 cars look to much like boy toy racers to me... If I were in the market for a new scoob though

2005 Legacy's are the freaking shit. I'd take one in a heartbeat. Nothing beats 250 at the crank and 45/65 split

Now BL/BP Legacies?

Hell, I'd probably give both nuts for one. Not like I'm doing anything with em anyway

I could look past it, too. That's one hell of a ride. Although, its a shame they don't offer it in wrb.

Hey virgin, what's a 45/65 split? :)

. . . Your mom and grandma's gymnastics routine. :)

The 05 legacies are great, but they lack sheer performance that is the wrx/sti.

I actually like the new front. Looks much better in person and, most importantly, doesn't look like it was built in someone's back yard. Could've been designed in someone's basement 'studio', maybe, but not built there.

Here's what I will give the 06 Impreza:

- The headlights aren't bad looking. They remind me a bit of the BL/BP Legacy headlights.

- The front bumper. I can say it looks a little more fresh and modern than the 04-05 bumpers.

Here's what I will definitely not give the 06 Impreza.

- The grill obviously. No matter which way I look at it, I see an Edsel.

- The taillights. "Hey, Mitsubishi had factory Altezzas on the Evo, so why don't we copy them instead of trying to differentiate from them??"

I'm sure someone will be making "non-vagina" aftermarket grills for the car before too long. MAybe the 05's will bolt up or mount up with little mod.

The grill really doesn't look so bad in person. And altezzas are on EVERYTHING nowadays... Its really not a bad looking car, I bet it looks sick with a different front bumper/grill.

The grill looks just as horrible in person as it does in the photos. Don't let them fool you.

That grille looks bad from everywhere but the driver's seat.

The roof scoop is sweet. Those pics look like they came off a camera phone.

who cares about the grille. there'll be aftermarket for it before long anyways. Someone did a concept drawing of it without the two pillars (mouth of the grille) on it, and it looked stunning.

I like all the other accents...maybe the "altezza" style tails are a little too much, but I still like it a lot.

Who cares once you get in the driver's seat and smoke everyone and their mom?
