Engine mods parts needed valve, spring, retainers?

Hey all well tearing the engine apart and I am in need of some parts, and was wondering what the best place would be to buy some at, valves for a 94 NA stock are fine, and I am corect that the valve seats come on the valves and are not 2 separt parts, next cams defintly some performace based ones, next valve springs and retainers, or what about some stock springs with titanium retainers, and finally some arps they only sell kits for our cars for 200$ plus but I just want the head bolts. So if you could let me know were the cheapest places to buy these parts are it would be most apreciated. Thanks

It sounds like you're rebuilding but I'm tearing down my old 93' NA and anything on the upper end is fair game so if you want an extra set of cams or anything like that let me know.

But to answer your question, Delta Cams does good performance grinds and I'm sure they have the rest of what you're looking for.
