Sugar Cookies
Snickerdoodles
Nieman Marcus Cookies(modified oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie)
Spritz Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies
Coconut Macaroons

Snickerdoodles are probably my favorite, but since they're already on your list, I'll suggest gingerbread men.
Spritz cookies are probably the most fun to decorate.

Sugar or Chocolate Chip. Nothing fancy

The kind that lie under a shirt.
The first cookie you mentioned are my favorites, but I won't even write the name never mind say it.

My favorite cookie is 5'7, black, hot as hell and lives in missouri. I hung out with her for a while today then got lost going home and ended up 100 miles east of omaha.
