Plastic screw/pushy-in things in fender liner

Whats the easiest way to remove them?

Ive got the car jacked up right now, and half the fender liner off, but I cant get two of these things out

pry them out with a screwdriver

I just pulled on the liner til they popped out, seemed to work ok

normally you can just unscrew the plastic screw and it pops out but often the screw is hard to get out so I use my snap on right angle pick to jab under and pry the screw out.

Cut it off with a saw and replace it with a real bolt and nut.

Just got to lowes or home depot....you should be able to find something similar that will work.
