I'm getting codes for bad voltages across multiple sensors, codes are 21 22 and 33
IIRC, that's water temp, knock and speed
If I clear the codes, they come back on within a few moments of idling
My guess is that the damage Ive done to the battery is causing this, or that some water has gotten in
Any other hypotheses?

You could try testing the sensors and see what their resistance is.
What damage have you done to the battery?

Are the codes the same, or do you get different codes?

Ah ha!
Apparently it wasnt the low voltage causing the codes.
They've all but stopped since I fixed the radiator. It seems that the constant jet of steam and water vapour into the engine bay was tripping sensors. I still get knock codes when I start the car with a lot of condensation on it, or driving through puddles, so I think my sensor needs replacing, or at least sealing with epoxy.
