I just made a deal to purchase a silver 92 BJ with low miles for $250.00 The owner says it needs a new tranny seal as the fluid pours out pretty fast. I forgot to ask if it is FWD or AWD but for that price I don't care.
I think I will pull the engine and do the seal. Anyone ever done a 4EAT main seal before?

i bought one this summer that needed a new main seal from a guy and sold it for triple what i paid for it... got to love money for rent
its pretty simple to do you just have to be careful when you seat the TC back in that that seal is in right otherwise youll have to tear it all part again
