Some good news, Got my closed deck block back!

Post by douglas vincent »

Since my dad died this weekend, I decided I better get my ass in gear and deal with stuff that I had been procrastinating on.

One item was the turbo block that I had dropped off IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!!! at the machine shop. While I personally walked in and asked 3-4 times that the block be tested and cleaned and the crank check, they never did SHIT!!!

So Yesterday I walked in and said, "Hi, I want my block, now." I had it right back. They never did shit. Fucking shop.

DO NOT USE CYLINDER HEAD SPECIALTIES in Portland Oregon. EVER!!!!!!

But I do have a close deck block!

Not sure on the plans for the new block.

Doug, I wish you weren't 3000 miles away....

We have a machine shop that does GREAT work. They are the only place we actually trust to spec the motors that go on to produce 600+whp.

You could send it to my uncle in New Zealand...he is a fantastic engine machinist... He built a reliable 600hp EJ20G that runs in a GC6 rallycar.

Probably a little far though... :-/
