I have an intact set if you need it.

The only reason I left mine in was to screw the center console to.

well, let me just say, it was a good thing it wasn't work right before i tore into it.

The little gray cover, Do not remove, well, it contains a piece of flat spring steel, about 6 feet long that is wound up very tightly in a spiral snake. It uncoiled, is sharp on the edges, and greasey. I attempted to try and put it back together, 4 times and 1.5 hours later (tried is twice in a clockwise direction, and twice in a counterclockwise direction), still dont work, so, off to the junkyard i will go, in the snow. I would not want to chance the counterclockwise/clockwise of the spring to my life, if i am ever in an accident i want the seatbelt to work.

I have a little problem with getting the seatbelt back eather.
I also removed the cover "do not remove" and turned it twice. I thought that because I tensioned the spring, the seatbelt would go back easier. It didn't :(
