I want to replace the heads on my project EJ22t, and found a good deal on ebay for some EJ22 Heads. He claims they are rebuild. Do these look like n/a heads? Are they interchangeable? Any help is appreciated as this auction is ending soon...THANKS~
(Yes yes I could go dohc, but I dont want to take it that far if I don't have to AND I like the fact that my daily driver is non-interference.)

The problem with the NA heads is that they are missing two key holes in the back of the PS head for the oil and coolant returns for the turbo. You would need to tap them for these items.
There are also other differences in the heads like valve size and cam timing that you can find if you search for my old thread on it. But the above information is why NOT to mess with the head swap...
