Question about this 91 ej22t engine ...

I noticed this 91 ej22t engine I picked up has 2 large bolts at the bottom of the front assembly where the front main seal goes. Is there suppose to something connected to these 2 bolts like some banjo bolts going to an oil cooler or something?

part of the oil pump. dont mess with em.
