Troque Spec.?

Hi People, just ordered an metal head gasket from Monteral and then will start of the head gasket job.
One think I would like to know about is the troque spec. on those head bolt?
Can anyone could give an idea what will be the ft-lb of troque on the EJ20G engine?

Here's a hint, the search button leads to a list of documents called the FSM in zip/pdf format. That's the only place where it's detailed.
