dude, that's freaking nuts.

all that weight on the front snub is going to trash your crank bearings.

Its going to be lightend as much as possible.

And it will only weigh a little more then than the stock steel one.

Also, our bearing setup supposedly is VERY strong in the front.

I bet it will still weigh less than the OEM pulley.

It can weigh less and still have more rotational inertia.

turn up teh boost.
is it a piece of plate pressed onto a lightweight pulley that has had the grooves turned off? if so, why did you not use a stock pulley?

More boost for the supercharger.

Aluminum, not steel.

It cost me about $300 ($40 for the donor underdrive pulley and $260 for the labor, aluminum and shipping).

I will see if he wants to do some more.

It will give my about 10-11 psi (cross your fingers) I currently have 7-8. It will be hitting the efficiency maximum of the supercharger at 6000 rpm.

I love it :!: Let us know what you gain with it :D

Pulley tuning is always a cheap way off tuning, guys with VW's do the same on their G60's. But this is extreme :-D Just gotta love it :-D

huh? that's about the only thing that sucks about a blower, if you want more boost, you need to get/make a new pully. Not nearly as cheap/easy as giving a twist to your MBC.

that's the only reason why the Jag is still running stock boost. :(

um quick question.

why is it that some people seem to say that smaller pullies are better for superchargers (more boost) yet yours is hooooogggggeee
