92+ hood on 90-91 vehicle, other than gap will it fit?

It seems that the hood would fit and everything would line up properly. You would just have a gap between the headlights and grill right?

Yes it will but... If you put face-lifted headlights and grille on then your gonna need new fenders and corner lenses as well because the 90-91 corner leses are taller then the 92+ ones. And because of this the new headlights wont match up with the old corner lenses

No plan to replace the grill. Its for a rally car, and the rules are specific about not adding scoops and such. The vehicle is a 91 and 91 turbo hoods are hard to find

should've mentioned something......I had a beat up one I had gotten....thinking it was in decent shape.....well it was a POS, so I ended up buying a new hood.......it was sent to the trash when I moved.....

That would have been cool to have. Im selling the shell to become the rally car so its not going to be mine. I hope I get some pictures, they plan to completely strip it down and stick it on a rotisserie!
