pinging noise

I have a 1990 legacy 2.2 that sometimes has a load pinging noise sometimes when I first start it and other times after it has run for a while then for no reason it stops making the noise.It does it while Idleing or going down the road.Its only from the right side head. HELP

my left side does that, had the valve cover off once while it ran and noticed a oil line was clogged, i took a needle and shoved it in and it started shooting oil
it didnt click for a couple of months but now it does it again, not bad enough to take the cover off again though, and it doesnt do it as bad as before
