What size are the rear end drain plugs???

Does it need any LS additive? (3.90 VLSD)

If I recall correctly, the differential drain and fill plugs are 13mm inset square. A 1/2" drive socket wrench fits in pretty well (though you may need a breaker bar first).

You don't need any additives; the viscous unit is sealed.
