Wind noise in trunk area, loose trim causing problem?

Post by ericem »

Well a while back i got a near rear fender installed in my wagon, and on the right side the trim on the top of the roof(to the side the long shiny black piece) is loose, but on the left it doesnt move, nor is there wind noise on that side, so i removed the trim inside, and i see two fastening threads i guess you could called them without bolts on them, and when i move the trim outside the threaded fasteners inside move, so im guessing there must be a seal between there, there is not moisture getting in, just wind noise past 90km. Now im going to head back to the shop and get them to fix it i guess, but i am wondering if i should just go get the 2 bolts, and forget it, dont wana make a fuss over this, it seems to simple, do you guys know what im talking about? Thanks. If you need pictures ill post.
